I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 3440 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES May 15, 2025 Ms. Gillen (for herself and Mr. Bresnahan ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure A BILL To amend section 133 of title 23, United States Code, to include roundabouts as eligible projects under the surface transportation block grant program, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Traffic Safety Enhancement Act of 2025 . 2. Surface transportation block grant program Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: (25) Construction of roundabouts. .
