Assistance for groundwater recharge, aquifer storage, and water source substitution projects Section 40910 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: (g) Transfer Authority Of the unobligated balances of amounts made available under section 40901, there may be made available to the Secretary $3,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2031 to carry out subsection (a). .
