119 HR 3018 IH: Restoring Rights of Medical Residents Act U.S. House of Representatives 2025-04-24 text/xml EN Pursuant to Title 17 Section 105 of the United States Code, this file is not subject to copyright protection and is in the public domain. I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 3018 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES April 24, 2025 Mrs. Spartz introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary A BILL To amend the Pension Funding Equity Act of 2004 to repeal the antitrust exemption applicable to graduate medical resident matching programs. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Restoring Rights of Medical Residents Act . 2. Repealer Section 207 of the Pension Funding Equity Act of 2004 ( 15 U.S.C. 37B ) is repealed. 3. Effective date This Act shall take effect on the March 18 that 1st occurs after the date of the enactment of this Act.
