R. 2373 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 26, 2025 Ms. Mace introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary A BILL To amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 with respect to a civil action relating to the disclosure of intimate images. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Increased Accountability for Nonconsensual Pornography Act of 2025 . 2. Civil action relating to disclosure of intimate images Section 1309 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 ( 15 U.S.C. 6851 ) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (2), by inserting competent, after conscious, ; and (B) in paragraph (5)(A)— (i) in clause (i), by striking or at the end; (ii) in clause (ii)— (I) in subclause (I), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ; or ; (II) in subclause (II), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; and (III) by striking subclause (III); and (iii) by adding at the end the following: (iii) an identifiable individual engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and ; and (2) in subsection (b)(3)(A)(i), by striking $150,000 and inserting $500,000 .
