R. 2006 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 10, 2025 Mr. Mills (for himself, Mr. Bean of Florida , Mr. Donalds , Mr. Moore of Alabama , Mr. Rulli , Mrs. Spartz , and Mr. Issa ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform A BILL To codify Executive Order 14210 relating to implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Department of Government Efficiency Act or the DOGE Act . 2. Codification of Executive Order 14210 Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 9669, relating to implementing the President's Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative) shall have the force and effect of law.
