RES. 41 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES February 12, 2025 Mr. Clyde submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Postsecondary Student Success Grant . That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Postsecondary Student Success Grant (89 Fed. Reg. 48517 (June 7, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
